I had an amazing stay at an apartment near Sloane Square, with high ceilings and elegant lighting. The apartment was well-decorated and had great air conditioning. The separate bath and shower were a bonus, and there were multiple desk spaces for dressing, work, and eating. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, and the front desk manager and concierge were professional and helpful. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained.
